About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-centric Group Reservations Coordinator  to join the team at the prestigious Oubaai Hotel Golf & Spa. 
As the primary point of contact for group bookings, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the perfect stay for corporate retreats, golf tours, and leisure groups. You will work across departments—from our championship golf course to our award-winning spa and diverse F&B outlets—to ensure every group itinerary is seamless, sophisticated, and flawlessly executed. 
Key Responsibilities Manage Group Life Cycles:  Handle the end-to-end booking process for groups, including initial inquiries, quotes, contracts, and final rooming lists. 
Cross-Departmental Synergy:  Coordinate with Golf, Spa, and F&B teams to schedule tee times, group treatments, and private dining functions.
