Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Oversee day-to-day management of tobacco growing operations and lead frontline people and farmer cooperatives.
• Plan the tobacco season, including budgeting and resource allocation for team members and farmers.
• Ensure efficient use of resources according to company policies and seasonal programs.
• Contribute to strategies for sustainable tobacco production, minimizing environmental and community impact while achieving yield and quality targets.
• Lead operations on the ground, providing guidance and decision-making to keep activities on track.
• Represent the company in dialogues with farmers, LGUs, partner agencies, and other stakeholders.
