Growth & Influence Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Growth & Influence Specialist to build scalable growth channels that increase brand discovery, trust, and customer advocacy. This role will initially focus on one primary market, with the intention of expanding into additional regional markets as the brand grows and opportunities are validated.

Unlike traditional performance marketing roles, this position focuses on creating social proof and word‑of‑mouth growth through creators, affiliates, communities, customer‑generated content, and emerging discovery channels such as AI platforms.

You will work closely with our e‑commerce and marketing teams, but your primary goal is to drive growth beyond paid advertising.
