The role
As Growth Manager at D24 Fintech, you will architect and scale our paid acquisition and funnel performance strategy across corporate, enterprise, and product platforms.
This is a senior performance role focused on building predictable, scalable demand pipelines, supporting awareness, inbound interest, white-label sales, and enterprise growth, while maintaining strong ROI discipline and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Own paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and relevant channels
- Architect full-funnel performance: awareness → consideration → inbound demand
- Build and optimize landing pages, CRO, and conversion funnels
- Drive inbound interest for enterprise, partners, and white-label solutions
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI frameworks
