Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager / Lead – Growth & Retention who can own and scale the end-to-end customer lifecycle — from acquisition to retention and revenue expansion. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sustainable growth by optimizing not just CAC, but also retention, engagement, and LTV.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the overall growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
- Lead full-funnel growth initiatives with a strong focus on CAC efficiency, ROAS, LTV, and repeat behavior
- Build and scale customer acquisition and retention engines across web and app ecosystems
- Design and optimize lifecycle journeys across channels like email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and CRM platforms
- Drive retention, reactivation, and engagement strategies to improve repeat rate and customer lifetime value
