Growth Marketer

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive customer acquisition across paid, organic, and search channels at Bonsai, now part of Zoom.

You will plan and execute growth campaigns, run experiments to improve conversion, and use data and AI‑assisted workflows to identify and scale what works.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing customer acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels, using data‑driven targeting and rapid experimentation to scale high‑performing strategies.
• Supporting SEO and AI search optimization, including keyword research, technical optimization, backlink development, and content structured for both traditional search engines and LLM‑powered discovery platforms.
• Running growth experiments, including A/B tests and other testing frameworks to undefined funnels and improving conversion.
