Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support paid media campaigns across assigned MEA markets, including setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying issues related to spend pacing, delivery, tracking, and creative fatigue.
  • Support optimization against core KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate performance creative workflows, including briefing, asset trafficking, localization, and version control.
  • Partner with creative and localization teams to ensure ads are culturally relevant and platform-compliant.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, testing trackers, and QA checklists to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Support measurement initiatives such as incrementality tests, geo tests, and attribution analysis.
