Growth Operator - Shopify & Meta Ads (Dubai/Remote)

GETHR is seeking a Growth Operator (Shopify Expert/Meta Ads) in Dubai to drive growth for a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand. This unique role requires hands-on execution, including performance marketing across various channels and creative strategy development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DTC e-commerce, particularly with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager, along with excellent communication skills in English. The position includes both office-based work and remote flexibility, along with relocation support if required.
