Qualifications
Bring 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, growth, marketing ops, or a commercial support role at a tech company — or come from the product/tech world with a genuine interest in pursuing a sales career.
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with founders and senior stakeholders.
Show strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball.
Bring a commercial mindset and genuine interest in business development and growth.
Feel comfortable doing research, coordinating follow‑ups, and maintaining pipeline and process documentation.
Show familiarity with CRMs, pipeline management tools, and sales workflows.
