Join Bosch Global Services as a Travel & Expense Support Officer, where you will provide first-level support to associates worldwide on travel planning, expense claims, and related systems. This role offers exposure to a global working environment and international processes.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to employees on travel bookings, expense claims, and company policies
  • Assist users in troubleshooting travel & expense tools (bTravel, mobile application)
  • Guide employees through travel request and expense submission processes
  • Resolve issues related to travel arrangements and reimbursements within SLA
  • Handle employee inquiries via call center and internal systems
  • Support compliance with company travel & expense policies
  • Contribute to knowledge base and process improvement initiatives
