Job Description

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and scope high-impact GTM problems by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partner teams to understand the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline generation through implementation handoff to renewal and expansion
  • Build scalable automation systems by designing and deploying agentic workflows using tools like n8n Claude API MCP servers and other AI-native platforms integrated with our Dynamics CRM and HubSpot environments
  • Manufacture tools rather than operate them creating systems that GTM team members can run independently without ongoing engineering support
  • Own the technical stack across GTM Ops including data pipelines, API integrations, schema design and automation platforms that connect Dynamics CRM, HubSpot and the broader GTM toolchain
  • Ship tools that people actually use focusing not just on deployment but on enablement documentation and adoption across a global cross-functional organization...
