The Opportunity
Certus Recruitment is a trusted partner to founders, operators, and investors across the SaaS, AI, and broader technology landscape. As we grow our Go-to-Market practice, we're looking for someone who can own it — end to end. This isn't a cog-in-a-machine role. We're looking for a builder. Someone who understands what great GTM talent looks like, who earns trust quickly with senior stakeholders, and who has the ambition to build a team around them — backed by 25 years of expertise, reputation, and relationships in the recruitment industry.
