Job Description

Mandai Wildlife Group is looking for dedicated staff to handle customer inquiries and manage bookings at their wildlife reserve in Singapore. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, providing timely information about services, and performing front desk operations.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of GCE O’ Levels, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment of 3-4 days per week, including weekends, is required.
