Guest Journey Designer

We're Hiring: Guest Journey Designer (Paid Internship → Full-Time Opportunity)

At Teela Resort, we're looking for someone who can turn inquiries into experiences.

This is not a typical sales role. The Guest Journey Designer will be responsible for managing the complete guest journey—from the first inquiry to checkout and everything in between.

What you'll do:

• Handle guest calls, inquiries, and bookings

• Coordinate corporate retreats, celebrations, weddings, and private events

• Manage guest communications and special requests

• Assist with vendor coordination and procurement

• Work closely with operations, hospitality, and marketing teams

• Ensure every guest interaction feels personal and seamless

• Comfortable handling sales conversations and guest relationships
