We are hiring a Guest Relations Officer who will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a positive experience, and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay or visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
  • Coordinate with different departments to fulfill guest needs
  • Manage check-in/check-out or visitor registration (if applicable)
  • Provide information about services, facilities, and policies
  • Monitor guest feedback and report issues when necessary
  • Maintain a professional and presentable front office area
