The role
We're looking for a polished, service-driven individual to deliver exceptional hospitality across The Apartment and Western Terrace at Bicester Village.
In this role, you'll create seamless, luxury guest experiences, support VIC and VVIC visits, and represent the Village at the highest standard—blending premium hospitality, concierge expertise and personalised service to make every visit memorable.

What you’ll be doing
- Deliver a 5-star luxury hospitality experience as a brand ambassador for Bicester Village, welcoming domestic and international guests with warmth and professionalism
