Position Summary The Guest Services Representative serves as the property's Front Desk Concierge and is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and hospitality-focused experience for residents, guests, tenants, visitors, and vendors. This role serves as the first and last point of contact at the property while providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the daily needs of the community.
