:As the Guest Services Supervisor, you will assist in leading the bell desk, driving a dynamic and engaging team. We're seeking a leader excited about change and development. The successful candidate will support an Authentically Canadian arrival experience that exceeds Autograph Standards and foster a culture of empowerment, enabling employees to meet guest needs. You will uphold an atmosphere of learning and fulfillment, supporting our employee engagement goals. Additionally, you will assist the Guest Services Manager with onboarding, training, and performance management for all Bell employees, leading from the front to enhance the guest experience.
