Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical leadership across Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization.
- Design and develop solutions using GOSU, PCF, Data Model, Workflows, Activities, and Product Designer.
- Prepare and enhance design artifacts (field mapping, data models, rules, etc.).
- Drive solutioning, POCs, and reusable components to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement complex rules and workflows.
- Troubleshoot critical issues and provide effective solutions/workarounds.
- Manage offshore coordination, task allocation, and status reporting to stakeholders.
