Day to day responsibilities to include Design, development for implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, Digital, Data, Underwriting modules Leverage Configuration and/or Integration skills to develop best in class Guidewire solutions Work collaboratively with clients, leads, team members to understand requirements, design and develop appropriate solutions Provide oversight and leadership to junior team members ensuring high quality delivery Keep abreast with latest technological advancements on Guidewire and analyze impacts to current project workstream Work on Practice initiatives to build solutions, accelerators and create differentiated propositions Requirements Capabilities Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills Ability to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges Interpersonal skills Ability to drive & deliver projects, manage change, build relationships with cli...
