Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the gym
Manage and schedule staff, including trainers and front desk personnel
Drive membership sales and retention strategies
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the gym facility
Handle customer service issues and ensure client satisfaction
Monitor financial performance and report to senior management
