Gymnastics Coach

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Program Coach plans and teaches competitive gymnastics to participants ages 5 through 12. The Program Coach is responsible for developing the fundamental competitive tracks for the compulsory team program and serves as liaison between the director and the competitive team staff, dispersing group communications.

Essential Functions / Job Duties

• Develop and plan age‑appropriate gymnastics for YMCA participants.
• Develop the pre‑team and Level 1 competitive team program to ensure strong fundamentals that promote growth within the Junior Olympic Competitive Team.
• Plan, supervise and implement programs in accordance with policies, procedures, philosophy, and core values of the YMCA.
