About the role:


The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and communicate to children, parents and coaches on the progress of participants, maintain a high level of customer service and guide and direct high potential students.

Someone who is a natural leader, delivers exceptional customer service, immaculate written and verbal communication and can deal with all levels of customer complaints. 

  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check Clearance
  • Demonstrated high level attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications (preferably Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrable high-level customer service skills
  • Availability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirement
