Introduction
This role primarily focuses on training - Hair modules. Developing and preparing training content as per category of training.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct Theory & Practical Training (Online & Classroom) as per the Training Calendarfor new and existing Sorbet citizens.
- Timeous marking of theoretical assessments after training completed and resultscaptured and emailed to Franchise Partners.
- Timeous marking of feedback forms after training completed and results captured intoTeams Link.
- Regular scheduling of Talk Shows in region / stores allocated (every month will berequired for one of the Regions).
