We are searching for an experienced Shop Supervisor with a strong welding background to manage daily operations in our busy facility. Candidates must have at least 10 years of hands-on experience, supervisory skills, and valid CWB certifications. You will oversee production workflows, assist with welding, and guide your team in achieving quality standards.
