TalentForte Recruitment Solutions is seeking a UK Tax Restructuring Manager / Legal Entity Simplification Lead for a 16-18 month contract at £750 per day PAYE. This role will primarily be remote in the UK, with occasional travel as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience in legal entity simplification, rationalisation, and corporate restructuring implementation, ideally gained in multinational groups. You will lead strategic practical delivery within a major legal entity simplification programme.
