Overview
Facility Technician Handyman for Center monitoring Company. With all-around abilities in MEP (A/C, Electric, Plumbing). With woodworking and mason upkeep functions. Minimum 5 years of experience. Job Type: Full-time. Capacity to commute/relocate: Dubai. Dependably commute or ready to relocate with an employer-provided relocation bundle (Needed).
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and handyman tasks across MEP systems (air conditioning, electrical, plumbing).
- Woodworking and mason upkeep functions as required.
- Monitor center facilities to ensure safe and functional operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Facility Technician/Handyman or in related roles.
- Experience as a facility specialist primarily in villas (5 years).
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to commute to Dubai; relocation support available.
