This full-time Handyman / Finish Technician role focuses on delivering high-quality finish work and final touch-ups on luxury manufactured homes in Malibu and Pacific Palisades. You will ensure each home is move-in ready by performing detailed repairs, adjustments, and finishing tasks with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, precision, and a clean, professional work style.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete final finish work, touch-ups, and repairs during home installation or turnover to ensure homes are fully ready for occupancy.
+ Patch, prep, and paint walls, ceilings, and trim to achieve a clean, seamless, and consistent appearance.
+ Perform minor tile repairs and replacements, including grout touch-ups and tile alignment corrections, as needed.
