Location: Poole (Bh15) – mobile role covering the Dorset area
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £30,000 + vehicle
Duration: Temp to Perm
Notes: Security vetting to be carried out on successful candidate prior to starting
Duties
To undertake minor fabric reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
To actively undertake proactive maintenance works.
Low level PPM tasks as required.
Actively ensure that site housekeeping is kept to an acceptable standard particularly in plant rooms
Low level plumbing tasks.
Legionella monthly checks
Person Specification
Full UK Drivers License
Previous experience in a Handyperson/FM role
