HW Engineers Location : Chennai Preferred Immediate Joiners Experience 3-8 Year s HW Engineers Technical Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience Experience in Fixed Access Product Hardware Design including ONT and Residential Gateway, with proven end-to-end delivery in time-to-market environments. Solid understanding of full product lifecycle and hardware development processes Familiarity with GPON/EPON technologies and hands-on experience in Digital Circuit systems design with strong OLT/ONT background Experience in Wi-Fi RF, antennas hardware design, testing, and certification Experience in cost-optimized hardware design and component selection, leveraging local low-cost ecosystems Good understanding of mechanical design principles and hardware product design across multiple SKUs Direct involvement in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for both manufacturing and field-level issues Experience collabora...
