+ Lead a team of hardware engineers, engage hands on in programs from Hardware design perspective and unblock execution barriers
+ A passionate people leader with ability to manage team with clarity, growth mindset and decision
+ Collaborate with Firmware, Mechanical and Software engineers, have a system level understanding and ownership
+ Have a strong foundation of managing engineering support for factories and suppliers. Well versed with the engineering processes.
