Role: Test Lead/ Manager Location: Montreal, QC Canada Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Manager with robust background in manufacturing test engineering, PCB testing, failure analysis, and automated test systems. Responsibilities
Own end-to-end manufacturing test programs for complex PCB assemblies Lead test execution, stability, troubleshooting, and performance activities Perform failure analysis for electrical, RF, and functional issues Work with automated test fixtures and manufacturing test setups Analyze logs and scripts using Python or similar scripting languages Monitor yield trends, retest rates, and test quality metrics Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams Required Skills
