Elevate your winemaking expertise with Andrew Peller Limited as a Harvest Winemaker for the 2026 season in Grimsby, Ontario. Focus on maximizing quality and efficiency of the harvest winemaking process.
This contract role supports the 2026 Harvest season at APL, one of Canada's oldest and largest wineries. You will report to the Winemaker, VQA, and handle crucial tasks ensuring compliance to winemaking specifications. We seek someone with at least three years of winery operations experience and a degree in Food Science or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with the Winemaker regarding fermentation status
• Participate in tastings of juices, ferments, and wines
• Ensure timely analysis is sent to the quality control lab
