Job Description
This position is responsible for routine Hatchery sanitation and maintenance as needed of the Hatchery including: a clean work environment, monitoring of control systems and/or robotic equipment, and hatchery preparation for production. Shift Schedule & Hours
+ Friday: 2:45 PM – 5:00 AM
+ Saturday: 3:45 PM – 5:00 AM
+ Sunday: 3:45 PM – 4:00 AM
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Night Shift Sanitation position reports to the Hatchery Manager. The position:
+ Cleans and sanitizes the Hatchery in preparation for the next day’s work;
+ Follows and completes nightly and weekly checklists;
+ Provides support for the Maintenance Department during the overnight shifts.
+ Identifies and repairs problems or weaknesses that arise in mechanical systems or equipment as needed during the overnight shifts.
+ Uses a variety of tools including but not limited to: Electric Drill, Wrenches, and Screw Drivers...
