Overview

Responsible to produce a full range of breads and cakes using the company’s recipe specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Always observe and adhere to the standards of safety and hygiene for production, kitchen and culinary work area.
  • Ensure maintenance and sanitize baking utensils, tools and machinery.
  • Experience of handling bakery equipment.
  • Able to lead and supervise a team of bakers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Passion for baking and a strong commitment to delivering consistent quality.
  • Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
  • Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
