Job Purpose
Lead all blasting, surface preparation, painting, coating, and preservation activities for shipbuilding and ship repair projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and project requirements while achieving production targets.

- Plan, schedule, and manage blasting and painting activities to meet project timelines.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors effectively.
- Drive productivity, quality improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
