Head – BOP Materials Procurement

The Head – BOP Materials Procurement is responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement of Balance of Plant (BOP) materials for the ISP expansion project. This role ensures that critical packages such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, refractory, consumables, and auxiliary systems are procured with strict adherence to safety, cost, quality, and timeline objectives. The position plays a pivotal role in supplier development, cost optimization, contract governance, and risk mitigation, ensuring procurement decisions align with long-term project strategy and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment with project safety goals, budgets, schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for BOP materials including mechanical, electrical, refractory, and auxiliary packages.
• Drive cost benchmarking and develop cost estimates for large and complex scopes of work.
