Head Chef – Central Drakensberg, South Africa
Salary: R18.5k per month. Accommodation: Single live‑in.
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a small resort in the Central Drakensberg. We are also open to a very good Sous Chef who wishes to step up.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Head Chef or equivalent.
- Ability to cost menus accurately.
- Creativity in designing dishes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
