Train & Develop: Deliver Basic Food Hygiene training and keep your own knowledge up to date. Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate stock, temperature, and safety records and uphold high standards in kitchen cleanliness. Stock & Ordering: Oversee stock rotation, ordering, deliveries, and stock valuations. Roster Planning: Prepare kitchen rotas for smooth daily operations. Recruitment: Support interviews for new kitchen team members.
