Job Description

**Job description**:
The Head chef (HC)will have control over shift-lists, place orders end keep stock. HC will also be responsible for following up menues and menu-development. HC will also manage the food and Health regulations according to the Norwegian food-safety regulations (Mattilsynet)
**Skills**:
- Experienced chef.
- Knowledge of Nordic, French, classic cuisine is beneficial.
- Must speak English at conversational level, or a Scandinavian language.
- Drivers licence
**Working hours**:
Work hours will vary from week to week, but will be within Norwegian work law of monthly hours.
You will work from our main kitchen or one of our locations for events.
**Start date**
As soon as possible
**Salary**:
Negotiable. NOK 40.000, 45.000,-/month
**Other information**:
