Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of Edinburgh's leading high end casual dining Restauranteurs. at their beautiful historic venue in the heart of the city. Our client, known for culinary excellence and quality, has earned awards and a respected position in the market over many years.
Set in a central city location our client is looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead one for their quality focused food operations. It is leading a close, dedicated, Kitchen brigade, producing high level popular food concepts across the main restaurant, of this recognised venue. Mainly delivering, lunch, dinner, and events services. There is also a high level of private dining throughout the year to showcase their rosette level culinary expertise.
