We are looking for a hands-on professional who will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading the team from the front while maintaining high standards of food quality, service and compliance.

This role has a strong focus on organisation, planning and commercial control to support growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and control all aspects of the kitchen and catering operation.
  • Lead, supervise and support the kitchen team in daily food production.
  • Deliver a high-quality breakfast and lunch offer in line with agreed menus.
  • Plan menus and food production in line with budgets and client requirements.
  • Order food and manage suppliers in line with nominated supply chains.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to company and client standards.
