Head – Emergency Response Governance & Command Activation

Job Description

Establish and govern the organization’s emergency response policies, frameworks, and command activation processes. Ensure the company is prepared for network incidents, disasters, and crises through structured readiness, cross‑functional coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce the Emergency Response Governance Framework for network‑impacting events.
• Define incident classification levels, escalation pathways, and RCMT activation criteria.
• Lead the structured activation and management of the RCMT.
• Ensure accurate and timely SITREPs, dashboards, and executive communications during incidents.
• Align cross‑domain activities across Core, Transport, Access, Power, IT, and Field Operations.
