Job Title: Head of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Summary
The CFO will lead the financial strategy and operations of the real estate business, with a strong focus on project-based financial management, Statutory and regulatory compliance, funding, and cash flow optimization and day to day operational matters. The role is critical in ensuring financial discipline across land acquisition, project execution, and monetization cycles.
