The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in hotel operations, operator negotiations, hospitality project planning, and financial evaluation of hotel assets. This role will be instrumental in driving operator relationships, evaluating hospitality opportunities, and ensuring successful project execution from concept to operation.
Key Responsibilities
Operator Relations & Contract Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international hotel operators and brands.
Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and finalization of Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs), Franchise Agreements, and related hospitality contracts.
