Justlife is searching for an outstanding Head Housekeeping Trainer to join our Fulfillment - Quality department and contribute to the growth of our home services app based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Housekeeping Trainers, setting clear goals and tracking performance
• Design and enhance training programs covering housekeeping skills, customer service, hygiene, and safety
• Provide hands‑on coaching and support through on‑site training and regular performance reviews
• Conduct quality checks to ensure service partners follow hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Analyze training data and feedback to improve content, delivery, and outcomes
• Standardize reporting and documentation across all training activities
