Summary of the Role
The Head — Transformation & Projects is responsible for leading the organization's HR transformation agenda, driving strategic projects, HR digitization, process optimization, and performance excellence initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role oversees enterprise-wide transformation programs including organizational design, workforce planning, performance management frameworks, succession planning, and HR technology implementation. The position requires a strong balance of transformation expertise, and hands‑on execution capability while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
