Strategic HR Leadership· Translate business priorities into a regional HR roadmap that supports growth, retention, and workforce capability.
· Act as HR Business Partner for COO as well as the India BU Leaders and advise them on people aspects.
· Serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and India leadership team on organization design, talent planning, and culture-building.
· Support global delivery excellence and partner with India business heads to drive talent strategy.
