Job Description

Job Summary

Manage the activities of the section by developing plans, objectives and procedures, directing employees, assigning work, recommending training, providing guidance and evaluating work performance.

Conduct analysis of HR data and provide forecasting trends and advice pertaining to recruitment of operational and non-operational employees.

Coordinate HR strategic planning activities by providing strategic, annual, central planning and forecasting services.

Advise managers and staff on approaches to problems and issues by conducting studies, writing reports and making recommendations to the Chief.

Develop HR planning criteria and framework by conducting research and analysis of client’s needs.

Act as a resource person by providing advice and policy interpretation to HQ and regional managers/employees on human resources policies, procedures and practices.
