Your new role 
As the Head of HR, you will be tasked with:Providing HR business partnering services to the senior leadership team and country head.
Lead a robust team to provide end to end HR operations to the organisation.
Provide HR strategic input for workforce planning and hiring budgets.
Working with regional stakeholders to localise and implement action plans centred around talent management, succession planning and identification of high-potential personnel.
